Superior Designs was incorporated in the State of Michigan in 1990 and has been servicing the greater southeast Michigan area since. We are experts in the field of exterior finishes and specialize in high end residential building and commercial construction, giving our clients a superior level of performance and quality.
Superior Designs is owned and operated by Ky Kessler and Ken Kessler, whom have a combined sixty years of experience in the exterior finishing industry. Both Ky and Ken began their careers by working for their parent’s exterior insulation finishing system (Dryvit) Distributorship. Ky Kessler has personal experience as a Plasterer, Job-Site Foreman, EIFS Panel Manufacturing Supervisor and Estimating in addition to being involved in designing details, technical assisting and value engineering. Ken Kessler has personal experience as a Plaster, including numerous specialty finishes, Job-Site Foreman and estimating.
Superior Designs specialties include Exterior Insulation Finish Systems [E.I.F.S.], Three-Coat Stucco, Venetian Plaster, ArcusStone, Cultured Stone and other specialty finishes.
The majority of our projects are contracted through or referred by previous satisfied General Contractors and Owners.
